• An aptitude for mechanical tasks
• The ability to read technical manuals
• Great problem-solving skills
• Over 18 years of age
• In good physical condition to perform manual labor
• Good communication skills with customers and coworkers
• The ability to learn and adapt to new technology
• Technicians who need to test-drive vehicles on public roads must have a state commercial driver’s license (CDL) and taken CDL training courses.
